In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is approached from either the staircase or the lift from the ground floor entrance immediately beside the car parking area. When inside you have an airy living room with comfortable sofas / sofa bed, Satellite TV (Free View), coffee table and occasional furniture. The large kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table with chairs for 4 people. Each bedroom has ample storage space and comfortable beds with duvets and clean bed linen. There is a Video door intercom to the front entrance. The property is located a short drive from the parkland around Stormont Buildings, Scrabo Tower, Crawfordsburn, Helens Bay, and the many Golf Courses in the general area. It is close to the Ulster Hospital. Please note we do not supply cots or high chairs for young children.
